He completed his MBA from ICFAI University (Institute of chartered financial analysis of India) and MSW (Master of Social Work) from Acharya Nagarjuna University. His teaching experience is 8 years. He started his career in KMM College of educational institutions (Tirupathi) as an assistant professor for MBA in 2010. Presently he is working as head of the department MBA at VKR VNB & AGK College of Engineering, Gudivada. He has published several national and international journals and attended to various conferences, he is specialized in HRM (Human Resource Management).
